Ingredients For chinese beef and broccoli

1 lbbeef flanked steak

2 cbroccoli florets

4 Tbspcooking oil

1 mdonion (cut into small wedges)

1/2 tspsalt

1 cbeef broth
-
2 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 cbean sprouts (fresh or canned)
How To Make chinese beef and broccoli

1Cut flanked steak across grain into thin slices. Cut slices into 3" lengths. Stir fry beef in 2 Tbs of oil over high heat for about 2 minutes. Transfer beef to a plate.

2Add remaining oil to skillet. Add broccoli, onions & salt. Cover and cook over high heat about 2 minutes, shaking skillet often for even cooking.

3Combine beef broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and stir into the hot vegetables. Add beef and been sprouts. Cook, stirring until sauce boils and thickens. Enjoy!
