With melty cheese and a crunchy shell, these chimichangas are super easy with lots of delicious flavors. Green chiles add a bit of heat, while cumin gives them a slightly smoky flavor. If you like extra heat, use the whole can of green chiles. Add your favorite toppings and you have a simple meal your family will love. Ingredients For chimichangas

1 lblean ground beef
-
1 tspcumin
-
1 tspcrushed oregano
-
1/2 tspsalt

2 Tbspcider vinegar
-
1/2can of diced green chiles (small 4.5 oz can)

1/4 cbottled taco sauce
-
1/4 csour cream
-
610-inch flour taco shells
-
1/2 cbutter
-
Colby or Colby Jack cheese
How To Make chimichangas

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2Brown beef and spices. Drain fat from the skillet.

3Add green chiles, taco sauce, sour cream, and vinegar. Mix and cool.

4Melt the butter in a pan. Dip both sides of the tortilla in butter. Drain over pan.

5Mound about 1/3 cup of filling in center of tortilla. Wrap and fold.

6Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy.

8Remove from oven. Top with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or so until cheese is melted.
