Ingredients For chimichangas

1 lbground beef

128 inch torillas
-
1 cangreen chillies
-
1 pkgwhite shreded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cchopped green onions
-
1 1/2 cold el paso taco sauce

sour cream
-
heavy cream
How To Make chimichangas

1brown the beef in a skillet, drain, stir in chilis and taco sauce, simmer 5 min.

2spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture along one side of tortillas, fold in sides and roll up and secure with a tookpick

3deep fry in 350 degree deep fryer, drain. melt cheese with a little cream and butter. top with cheese sauce,sour cream and onions
