Ingredients For chili dog nachos

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 4
    hot dogs cut into pieces
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    cumin
  • 8 oz
    can tomato sauce
  • 1 bag
    nacho cheese doritos or tortilla chips
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2
    scallions sliced
  • sour cream, and salsa for serving

How To Make chili dog nachos

  • 1
    Add the beef to a skillet and brown while breaking it up. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the hot dogs, Worcestershire, chili powder, and cumin. Add the tomato sauce and cook until thickened.

    Heat broiler to high. Line a baking dish with chips. Top with the burger/hot dog mixture. Top with cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Top with onion and scallions. Dollup salsa on top and drizzle sour cream over top. Serve
