We have a large family (6 kids all grown and gone now)..so I had to learn to strech a buck!!This is a recipe that has no "sat in stone" measurements. Enjoy!!

Ingredients For cheryl's easy dinner

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion
  • 1
    cabbage, shredded
  • 2-3 c
    rice, cooked and hot
  • worcestershire sauce

How To Make cheryl's easy dinner

    cook the rice and put aside for later
  • 2
    cook the ground beef with onion until done...drain ( leave it in the pan )

    Put the pan back on the stove and Put the shredded cabbage on top of the ground beef and onion ..Add 1/2 cup of water.. cover and let it "steam" the cabbage.When the cabbage is cooked to your taste..sprinkel worcestershire on top ( too your taste)

    Put the rice in a baking dish....then cover it with the beef and cabbage!!Serve !!
