Ingredients For cheesy taco meat loaf

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 jar
    (16 oz) pace picante sauce
  • 1 c
    crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cheesy taco meat loaf

    preheat oven to 350.
  • 2
    thoroughly mix the beef, 2/3 cup picante sauce and tortilla chips in a large bowl. place the beef mixture into a 3 quart shallow baking pan and shape into an 8x4 inch loaf.

    bake for 1 hour or until meatloaf is cooked through.

    sprinkle the meat loaf with the cheese. bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    heat the remaining picante sauce in a 1 quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. serve the sauce with the meat loaf.
