Ingredients For cheesy meat balls

  • 2 lb
    85/15 ground beef
  • 11/2 Tbsp
    lea &perrins
  • 11/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt or to taste
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    romano cheese
  • 1 lg
    finely chopped onion
  • 3 clove
    fresh garlic very finely chopped
  • 1
    tube of ritz crackers crushed
  • 3 lg
    eggs

How To Make cheesy meat balls

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients.Mix well.Roll into balls the size you prefer and carefully place in sauce.Cook on low heat for 2 hours.
