(1 rating)
This was made with leftover steak, a couple of beautiful tomatoes that were sitting on my counter smiling at me and of course onion and cheese. The kicker is the chili sauce, so good, sooooo hot. This is a delicious was to use leftover steak.

2Spread garlic chili sauce on one side of corn tortillas.
-
3Cook sliced tomatoes in skillet used for heating steak. Cook for a few minutes on each side till tender.

4Spray other side with spray oil and place that side down in a hot skillet. Add cheese, tomatoes, steak and onions and more cheese. Top with other tortilla (chili side down), then spray top with spray oil. Cook for 3-4 min. till bottom side browns then flip and brown other tortilla.
