Ingredients For cheesy beef chili pasta with peas

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 oz
    pasta of choice but best with larger pasta shapes
  • 2 c
    whole milk
  • 2 c
    beef stock
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    better than bouillon chili base depending on taste for spice
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 2 c
    sharp white cheddar cheese grated
  • 4
    green onions chopped

How To Make cheesy beef chili pasta with peas

  • 1
    In a large pan brown the burger with the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Once the beef is cooked add the milk, beef stock, chili base and pasta.

    Cook over medium high heat until pasta is tender. Add the cheese and stir until it is melted

    Add the green onions and peas and cook about 5 more minutes.
