Ingredients For cheesy beef ball

  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
    beef slices (not dried)
  • 1/4 c
    cheddar jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 c
    swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • pinch
    salt
  • dash
    oregano, dried
  • dash
    parsley

How To Make cheesy beef ball

  • 1
    Cut beef slices into small square pieces.
  • 2
    Put cream cheese in a bowl (room temp) add spices, winchestershire sauce,cheese and most of the beef pieces. Stir well.

    Form into ball (I did two for this, one to freeze and one to eat today!) and roll the ball in remaining beef and some cheese.
