Ingredients For cheesy beef ball

1 pkgcream cheese

1 pkgbeef slices (not dried)

1/4 ccheddar jack cheese (shredded)

1/4 cswiss cheese (shredded)

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

pinchsalt
-
dashoregano, dried

dashparsley
How To Make cheesy beef ball

1Cut beef slices into small square pieces.

2Put cream cheese in a bowl (room temp) add spices, winchestershire sauce,cheese and most of the beef pieces. Stir well.

3Form into ball (I did two for this, one to freeze and one to eat today!) and roll the ball in remaining beef and some cheese.
