Here is another recipe from my grandma. Kids like this one as well as adults.

Ingredients For cheeseburger turnovers

1/2 lblean ground beef

1 Tbspchopped onion

1/2 tspsalt

dashpepper
-
1 canrefrigerated biscuits (10 count)

5american cheese slices, halved
How To Make cheeseburger turnovers

1Combine meat, onion, salt, and pepper; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until meat is browned.

2Place 2 biscuits, slightly overlapping, on well floured surface. Roll until biscuits form an oval about 5" long. Fill with about 3 tablespoons of meat mixture on 1 biscuit and top with 2 half slices of cheese.

3Moisten edges with water, fold the second biscuit over the filling and seal with fork. Prick top.

4Bake at 425 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
