Delicious and easy Cheeseburger Pie made with ground beef, bacon, onions, cheddar, Pepper Jack Cheese, and Bisquick Baking Mix. It combines all the delicious flavors of cheesy burgers in pie form. This “Impossible Cheeseburger Pie” is always a huge hit with family and friends.

Ingredients For cheeseburger pie

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 4
    slices bacon chopped
  • 1
    small onion chopped
  • 2
    cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 2/3 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 2/3 c
    shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 3/4 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs

How To Make cheeseburger pie

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 inch pie plate with non stick baking spray.

    Brown the ground beef and bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. When the beef and bacon are about halfway browned add the chopped onion. Continue cooking until the beef and bacon are browned and the onion is soft.

    Reduce the heat to low and add the garlic cooking for a minute while stirring. Remove from the heat and stir in the seasoned, black pepper, and ketchup. Let it cool for a few minutes.

    Stir in the cheese and spoon the mixture into a deep dish pie plate.

    In a medium bowl whisk together the Bisquick Baking Mix, milk, and eggs. Pour it over the hamburger cheese mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean. Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
