My son just loves when I make this. His favorite thing to eat is cheeseburgers..it is easy, and made with refrigerated bread dough...It is a very tasty sandwich for those cheeseburger lovers!

Ingredients For cheeseburger loaf

3/4 lbground beef

1/2 conion. chopped

1 smgreen or red pepper, chopped

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspall purpose flour
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
1 Tbspketchup
-
1tube ( 11 oz ) pillsbury refrigerated crusty french loaf

4 sliceamerican cheese, or whatever you prefer

1egg white, lightly beaten
-
3 Tbspshredded parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cheeseburger loaf

1Gather ingredients Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in flour,salt, pepper, mustard and ketchup; set aside.

3Unroll dough starting at the seam. Pat into a 14 inch x 12 inch rectangle. Spoon meat mixture lengthwise down the center of the dough; top with cheese slices. Bring long sides of dough to the center over filling; pinch seams to seal.

4Place seam side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush with the egg white. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. With a sharp knife, cut diagonal slits in the top of the loaf. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
