This is a fun version of Kabobs. My kids love these things! You can serve them with tortillas or pita bread, but they are very delicious and filling all by themselves!

Ingredients For cheeseburger-kabobs

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 can
    whole new potatoes, (cut medium to larger ones in half)
  • 1 lb
    whole mushrooms
  • 1 lg
    vidalia onion, cut into chunks

How To Make cheeseburger-kabobs

    Mix the beef, egg, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder very well. Form into medium meat balls on skewers.

    Thread onto skewer, meat ball, onion, mushroom and potato. Repeat process until all ingredients are used up. If I have leftovers I usually thread them on a skewer if anyone wants extra.

    Place on a broiler pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until meat is browned on all sides and cooked through.
