Ingredients For cheeseburger hot pockets

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    each diced red onion, & diced pickles
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    each brown sugar, & worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    roll crescent roll dough
  • 4 slice
    american cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter melted
  • black sesame seeds for garnish

How To Make cheeseburger hot pockets

    Preheat oven 375 degrees. Grease a muffin pan or Xtra large muffin pan
  • 2
    In a large skillet over medium heat add the ground beef, onions and garlic. Cook until no longer pink. Drain. Add the pickles, ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut in circles and lay into the muffin areas. Fill each with the meat mixture and top with the cheese. Bring the dough up around the meat mixture.

    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15 minutes until browned.
