Ingredients For cheeseburger casserole

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    onions,chopped
  • 1 can
    8 ounce size of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt {best taste}
  • 1/8 tsp
    fresh black pepper
  • 1 can
    refrigerated buttermilk biscuits {16 ounce}
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cheeseburger casserole

    Combine the ground beef and flour in a skillet
  • 2
    add the onions,and Brown
  • 3
    Pour off excess drippings
  • 4
    Add the tomato sauce,ketchup,salt and pepper

    Pour this mixture into a 1 !/2 quart cassorole dish

    Bake about 10 minutes at 425 degrees {preheated oven}

    Top with the cheese and the biscuits

    Bake about 10-15 minutes longer till golden and bubbly.

    {can use more cheese or other kinds of cheese that you like best}I also use garlic powder in the meat sometimes.}
