Ingredients For cheeseburger casserole

  • 2 can
    26 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 c
    your favorite kind of cheese, more if your a cheese lover..i do ;-)
  • tator tots
  • 2 lb
    hamberger meat
  • milk
  • 1/2 the mixture for aprox 6-8 person serving as this recipe is for a double batch.

How To Make cheeseburger casserole

    line 2 9x13 baking pan with tater tots and bake as directed. (leave the oven on after done)

    Cook the hamberger meat and drain fat and set aside.

    While the tater tots bake, Take each can of soup 1 at a time and put in large bowel and add 1/2 can of milk, it will help you get all the soup out of the can as well. Add the milk and remains of the soup to the bowel and with a fork mix well till smooth again and no milk can be seen on the soup.

    After the tots are done add the meat and with spatula gently lift up the tots and combine meat into pan with them. Pour each can of soup mix over the tots in the two pans one can per pan.

    Add the 2 cups (or more) of cheese to each pan to cover the soup. Finish cooking for about 15-20 min to cook in the soup and cheese.
