I found this recipe years ago and it has became one of my family favorites. It is so simple and easy.

Ingredients For cheesburger pie

  • 1
    unbaked 9" crust
  • 1 Tbsp
    oleo
  • 1/2 lb
    ground meat
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, greated
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make cheesburger pie

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground meat in oleo, remove from heat drain. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Spread into crust, sprinkle with cheese. Mix eggs, milk and worcestershire sauce pour over meat and cheese. Set pie plate on cookie sheet. Bake 30 t0 35 min. or until knife instered in center comes out clean. Let cool 5 min. before cutting.
