Ingredients For cheddar pepper jacked up burgers

  • 2 lb
    ground meat
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 1 pkg
    bacon
  • 1 Tbsp
    mccormick molasses bacon seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    creole seasning
  • 1 pkg
    pepper jack cheese
  • 1 pkg
    cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 can
    french onion soup
  • hamburger buns
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic paste
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    crawfish dip (creo;e seasoning mixed with mayo & ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make cheddar pepper jacked up burgers

  • 1
    mix ground meat, chopped onion, bacon molasses, creole seasoning, bread crumb, egg, and worcestershire sauce well and form into patties putting one finger in the middle of the patty to make an indention so the burger doesn't shrink as much during cooking.

    while that's cooking mix butter and garlic paste together and spread on buns, lightly brown bun on griddle and cook bacon (you know you want a lot so cook as much as you need!) make crawfish dip out of creole seasonings, mayo and ketchup (equal parts ketchup to mayo).

    once one side of burgers are FULLY cooked (do not flip burgers until fully cooked on one side or they will break) flip and pour the 1/4 can of french onion soup evenly over the burgers and let the other side cook.

    take grilled garlic butter buns and slather one bun in crawfish dip. then layer on the other bun one meat patty then one slice of pepper jack cheese, layer of bacon, one slice of cheddar cheese, then another layer of bacon!

    now put that top bun with the crawfish dip dripping on top of that pile of goodness and ENJOY!!!!!
