This turns out good every time I make it. I usually separate this into 2 pans, make one and freeze one.

Ingredients For carolina meatloaf

1 lgegg, beaten

3 lbground beef
-
1 cwhole milk
-
1 cplain bread crumbs

1 ctomato sauce
-
1 smbell pepper, chopped fine

1 smsweet onion, chopped fine

1celery rib, chopped fine

1 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 Tbspregular mustard
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar, light

1 cketchup
How To Make carolina meatloaf

1In large bowl mix, egg, sauce, milk, onion, pepper, celery,bread crumbs, salt and pepper together. Crumble ground beef into this. Shape this into 2 (two) loaves. Place these into a 9x13 inch pan. Or can freeze one at this point.

2Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Remove from oven during last ten minutes of baking. Whisk ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar together, Pour over meatloaf, and return to oven for remaining 10 minutes.

3Allow to cool slightly and will slice better. Great for cold meatloaf sandwiches.
