Ingredients For carne en su jugo! (beef in its own juice)

2 lbbeef chuck, boneless cut in small strips

1/2 mdonion sliced

2 smroma tomatoes diced

1 mdjalapeno pepper cut in rounds (lil wheels)

1/2 smchile pasilla (fresh) or green pepper sliced

1/2 Tbspchicken bouillon or to taste

1 pinchsalt, pepper and garlic salt (each)
How To Make carne en su jugo! (beef in its own juice)

1Season meat with salt, pepper, and garlic salt, add meat to a large skillet, brown just until meat loses pink color add rest of ingredients, Chiles, onion and tomatoes. Cover and let it zimmer when you see that meat has good amount of juice add the chicken bouillon and stir cover and let zimmer on medium low for for 25 minutes or until meat is nice and tender.
