2 ccelery cut diagonally

1 lbsirloin or other tender steak

2 Tbspoil

1/2 cthinly sliced onion

1/3 clovesoy sauce

1/4 cred wine

1 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspsugar

2 Tbspwater

1 tspsalt
How To Make cantonese celery and beef slivers

1Cut meat into very thin slices. Fry until browned in deep fat. Drain well on paper towels. Heat oil in skillet. Add celery and onion and saute 3 minutes. Add meat along with remaining ingredients mixed together. Mix thoroughly and cook 1-2 minutes.
