1 1/2 lbground meat

1/2 conions, chopped

1/2 cbell pepper, chopped

2 8-oz cantomato sauce

1 10-oz canrotel tomatoes
How To Make cajun goulash

1Saute the meat, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper in the oil. Cook for about 10 minutes on low heat, or until the pink is gone from the meat and the vegetables are cooked.

2Cook the macaroni in about 3 cups of water for about 10 minutes.

3Drain and add to the meat mixture.

4Add the tomato sauce and Rotel tomatoes.

5Stir and serve.
