Ingredients For cabbage casserole

  • One lb
    ground beef
  • One sm
    cabbage head
  • Two can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • One can
    milk
  • One lg
    onion
  • One pkg
    frozen potato obrien
  • Two c
    sharp shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make cabbage casserole

  • 1
    Butter a nine by thirteen casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350*
  • 2
    Cook ground beef with diced onion, drain. Chop up head of cabbage and boil until done, drain.

    Put frozen pot o brien in bottom of lightly sprayed casserole dish. Add ground beef and cabbage last. Mix soup with milk, pour over the top. Cover and bake. You may add shredded cheddar cheese last five minutes of baking.
