I had 3 ingrediance and i was trying to figure out how i can combine these ingrediance and make a yummy yet healthy dish and this came to mind :) why not combine all 3 ingrediance and add a touch of onion,garlic,spinach and salt and pepper for flavor :) and it all worked very well together yummy and healthy

Ingredients For cabage,meat&tomatoe chow

1lb lb98% reduced fat ground beef

1 candiced tomato's seasoned with basil,garlic in juice. use whole can and juice from in can as well
-
1 smhead of cabage
-
15 smfresh baby spinach
-
3 clovegarlic minced
-
1 conoin
-
2 dashsalt and pepper
How To Make cabage,meat&tomatoe chow

1Cook meat and strain off any fat

2Add Cabage,can of Tomatoes and it's juice,Onion to meat and let cook for 30-40 minutes Just until you are satisfied with how you want your Cabage.

3Add Spinach and simmer for another 5 minutes. turn off bunner and serve yourself a bowl add a pinch of Salt and Pepper mix togeher and add another pinch of Salt and Pepper. Sit and enjoy this health meal :)
