I had 3 ingrediance and i was trying to figure out how i can combine these ingrediance and make a yummy yet healthy dish and this came to mind :) why not combine all 3 ingrediance and add a touch of onion,garlic,spinach and salt and pepper for flavor :) and it all worked very well together yummy and healthy

Ingredients For cabage,meat&tomatoe chow

  • 1lb lb
    98% reduced fat ground beef
  • 1 can
    diced tomato's seasoned with basil,garlic in juice. use whole can and juice from in can as well
  • 1 sm
    head of cabage
  • 15 sm
    fresh baby spinach
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    onoin
  • 2 dash
    salt and pepper

How To Make cabage,meat&tomatoe chow

    Cook meat and strain off any fat
  • 2
    Add Cabage,can of Tomatoes and it's juice,Onion to meat and let cook for 30-40 minutes Just until you are satisfied with how you want your Cabage.

    Add Spinach and simmer for another 5 minutes. turn off bunner and serve yourself a bowl add a pinch of Salt and Pepper mix togeher and add another pinch of Salt and Pepper. Sit and enjoy this health meal :)
