This is a recipe by Ted Reader that I tweaked to make my own...the secret ingredient that makes these burgers so good is the butter!! Enjoy...theses are awesome !!

Ingredients For butter me up burgers

  • 3 lb
    regular or lean ground beef
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter,softened
  • 4 clove
    garlic , minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard, any type
  • 1 pinch
    dried hot pepper, cayenne or ancho or whatever you like
  • 12 hamburgers buns

How To Make butter me up burgers

  • 1
    Mix together the beef with the butter and all the ingredients seasoning it with s/p to taste. Don't handle the meat too much as it will make your burgers tough.Pat into 1/4 pound patties or I have a hamburger gadget that I weigh the meat into 4 ounces and toss into the container that presses it into perfect round disks. At this point freeze or light your Q and cook. So yummy and these are all the condiments we had when I cooked these this week for company. Enjoy.
