Ingredients For busy day casserole

1.5 lbground beef
-
8 ozegg noodles
-
"just a pinch" of pepper
-
"just a pinch" of salt
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 cantomato soup
-
12 ozcorn kernels, fresh or frozen

1/2 conion, finely chopped
-
4 ozmushrooms, sliced

1 Tbspoil
-
1 ccheddar cheese, grated
How To Make busy day casserole

1In large skillet combine oil and onion.

2Saute until tender.

3Add ground beef.

4Stir to brown.

5Drain off fat.

6Add mushrooms, corn and soup.

7Mix well.

8Season to taste.

9Cook noodles in salted water;

10Drain.

11Mix noodles, meat and 1/2 cup cheese.

12Spoon into a 2 quart casserole.

13Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

14Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
