    beef chuck roast
  • 2 md
    onions chopped
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/4 c
    dry red wine
  • 3 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    better than beef bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh thyme leaves
  • 16
    sliced provolone cheese
  • 8
    italian rolls

How To Make burgundy beef po boys with dipping sauce

    Place the onions on the bottom of a slow cooker. Place the roast on top of the onions. Mix the remaining ingredient except cheese & bread together and pour over the roast. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

    Remove the beef and shred. Strain the cooking liquid through a fine mesh strainer then place in a fat separator.

    Place two slices of Provolone cheese on the bread. Add the meat. Serve with the strained degreased cooking liquid as dipping sauce
