2 mdonions chopped

1/4 cdry red wine

2 Tbspbetter than beef bouillon

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspfresh thyme leaves

16sliced provolone cheese

How To Make burgundy beef po boys with dipping sauce

1Place the onions on the bottom of a slow cooker. Place the roast on top of the onions. Mix the remaining ingredient except cheese & bread together and pour over the roast. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

2Remove the beef and shred. Strain the cooking liquid through a fine mesh strainer then place in a fat separator.

3Place two slices of Provolone cheese on the bread. Add the meat. Serve with the strained degreased cooking liquid as dipping sauce
