1/3 cpineapple preserves

1/3 cbarbecue sauce

6pineapple slices

6hamburger buns, toasted
How To Make burgers glazed with barbecue-pineapple sauce

1In a large bowl or food processor, combine beef, onions, worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Mix well, but do not over mix. Shape beef into 6 1-inch patties.

2In a small saucepan, add preserves and barbecue sauce over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

3Place patties on the grill above medium coals. Grill, uncovered, until desired doneness turning and brushing often with pineapple/bbq sauce.

4Place pineapple slices on the grill - grill 1 minute, turning once.

5Place patties on toasted buns and top with a grilled pineapple slice.
