Ingredients For burger tarts with creamed vegetables

1 lb lean ground beef

1/4 t. italian seasoning

1/4 c onion,minced
-
salt and pepper

2 t. catsup
-
2 t. milk
- CREAMED VEGETABLES

2 t. butter or margarine
-
2 t flour
-
1 c milk
-
1 c frozen mixed vegetables
-
salt and pepper
-
2 ounces cheddar cheese,grated
How To Make burger tarts with creamed vegetables

1In a bowl combine ground beef,seasoning,onion,salt and pepper to taste,egg,catsup and milk. Mix lightly but throughly. divide into 4 portions. Line each of 4 custard cups with ground beef mixture,pressing lightly and evenly on bottom and sides of cups. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes. Pour off fat. Place meat shells on baking sheet. Spoon creamed vegetables into bakes meat shells. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven. Broil just until cheese melts. Creamed Vegetables: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Slowly add milk stirring constantly until smooth. Heat until thickened. Add vegetables,salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into meat shells.
