  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • dill weed
  • 1 pkg
    avocado ranch chopped salad mix (9 oz)
  • 1 c
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2
    red onion sliced
  • 1/2 c
    dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 lg
    avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    shredded Parmesan cheese

How To Make burger bowl with dill pickles

    Add the ground beef and mushrooms to a skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and dill weed. Cook until no longer pink. Let cool to room temperature.

    Divide the salad from the kit into 4 bowls. Top with the burger mushroom mixture, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and avocado slices.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with the avocado ranch dressing from the kit.
