bulgogi

Bulgogi is a Korean dish that is made from thin slices of sirloin or other prime cuts of beef. Before cooking, the meat is marinated to enhance its flavor and tenderness. It is usually grilled...but I have friends that cook theirs in a skillet when in a pinch.

How To Make bulgogi
-
1Thinly slice roast (putting it in freezer to harden a bit will help to slice it thin. (I use my meat slicer..on a very thin setting) *I've heard of people asking to slice it at the store*
-
2Combine all ingredients---stirring well to make sure everything is blended well.
-
3Layer beef in a large container. Add the marinade over each layer. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
-
4Grill; it is very fine so it only needs to be on the grill a very short amount of time.
