This is a recipe for Korean beef stir fry. We are obsessed with this stuff, and we found and tweaked this recipe to keep us from spending tons of money at the korean market on the pre-made stuff. this is great served with rice or udon noodles. I almost always double or triple this recipe, and freeze it in small bags for later cooking.

Ingredients For bulgogi

1 lbbeef, sliced very thin (i use london broil)

2 Tbspcold water

3 Tbspsugar

2 1/2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspgrated ginger

1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
2 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds

1 Tbspwhite wine
-
2green onion stalks, sliced

1small yellow onion, julienned

2 Tbspsesame oil
How To Make bulgogi

1Slice meat very thin. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.

2If cooking right away, let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. Cook in a hot skillet or wok until meat is cooked through.

3if not cooking right away, place in freezer safe ziplock bags and freeze until ready to cook.
