1 cbrown sugar

1/4 cwhite vinegar

20ginger snapps

1/2 cchopped onion

few pinchpepper,minced garlic

28 oz. cantomato juice

1 pkgmeatballs frozen (or your homemade)
How To Make buds sweet and sour meatballs

1Grind up gingersnaps in a food processor till like a fine powder. Then put in a large sauce pan. Pour tomato juice in and mix well with wire wisk until well blended. Then add your onions and garlic powder. Slow cook on stove top till starts to thicken. Take off heat and set aside.

2Preheat oven to 350 deg, Add meatballs to a large baking or roasting pan. Pour the thickened sauce over meatballs. put into oven and bake for 45 min take out of oven, stir them up and let stand 5 min serve on rice, hoggiebuns or just enjoy as a snack.
