Guess it's time I got busy here and shared something. This is a family favorite.

Ingredients For budget beef stroganoff (crock pot recipe)

1 1/2 - 2 lbround steak

1 tspsalt

1/8 tspfreshly ground pepper

1onion, sliced

1/4 tspgarlic salt
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 1/2 cbeef boullon (or both)

1 Tbspsteak sauce (or catsup)

2 Tbspdry white wine
-
1/4 lbfesh mushrooms, sliced

1/3 cflour
-
1 csour cream
-
rice or noodles
How To Make budget beef stroganoff (crock pot recipe)

1Cut Steak into 1/4 inch strips. Coat with salt and pepper.

2Drop into bottom of crock pot with onion.

3Mix garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, bouillion (or broth) and steak sauce (or catsup). Pour over meat.

4Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or until tender.

5Turn control to high, add wine and mushrooms.

6Dissolve flour in small amount of water. Add to meat mixture stirring until blended.

7Cook on high for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in sour cream; turn off heat.

8Serve with rice or noodles. (We like it with the No Yolk Noodles.
