Ingredients For brisket with vegetable gravy

2 to 3 lb. brisket, seasoned salt or salt and pepper to taste

8 oz. can tomato sauce

8 oz. can water

1 green pepper, quartered
-
2 to 3 carrots, sliced

2 to 3 stalks celery, halved

1 medium onion, cut in half
How To Make brisket with vegetable gravy

1Season meat. Place in roasting pan.

2Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for about 3 hours.

3When done, remove all vegetables, mash,(preferably in blender) and blend with juices.

4Heat and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
