Ingredients For bridgette's easy flavorable and moist meatloaf

2 Tbspbutter

3/4 conions, preferably vidalia onions

1/2 Tbspminced garlic
-
2 lb100% ground beef or 100% ground bison beef the secret to good moist meatloaf, must be lean beef
-
2eggs slightly beaten
-
1 pkgrecipe inspirations mediterranean herb crusted tilapia, use the whole package and seasoning salt to taste, season until tasty

1/4 cbbq sauce ( i used sweet baby rays)

1/4 cchilli sauce
-
1-2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 cwhole milk
-
1/2 cbread crumbs
- FOR THE GLAZE

1/4 cketchup
-
1/4 cchilli sauce
-
1 cchargrill bbq sauce
How To Make bridgette's easy flavorable and moist meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350

2Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat

3Add onions and cook until almost tender, you can bellpeppers with the onion as well.

4Add garlic and cook for 1 minutes.

5Pour onions, garlic and butter into a large bowl.

6Add remaining ingredients to the bowl, (except for the glaze ingredients)

7Use your hands to mix together. Fry up a small portion of the meat as a “test patty” to make sure the seasonings are good.

8Place the meat mixture (100% ground beef or 100% ground bison) into a loaf pan

9Mix together glaze ingredients.

10Spread half of the glaze mixture on the meatloaf and Bake for 30 minutes.

11Remove from oven and spread on the rest of the glaze.

12Bake for another 30 minutes or until the meatloaf is ready.

13Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. and Enjoy!
