2 slicewhite bread, diced

12 ozbeer, allow to go flat

1 lbground beef

1/2 ccheddar cheese, grated

1onion, chopped fine

1/4 cbeef broth

1 tsplouisiana hot sauce

1 tspworcestershire sauce
How To Make brewery meatballs

1Soak bread in beer. Combine ground beef with cheese, salt, pepper, onion, butter, beef broth, hot sauce, and worcestershire sauce.

2Mix well and form into small meatballs. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.

3Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
