Ingredients For brewery meatballs

  • 2 slice
    white bread, diced
  • 12 oz
    beer, allow to go flat
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1
    onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    beef broth
  • 1 tsp
    louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make brewery meatballs

  • 1
    Soak bread in beer. Combine ground beef with cheese, salt, pepper, onion, butter, beef broth, hot sauce, and worcestershire sauce.

    Mix well and form into small meatballs. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
