My family loves to have breakfast for dinner and loves hamburgers. So I decided to combine the two...

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Yum, what a hearty burger! It has sweetness from the biscuits and a bit of savory from the rest of the burger ingredients. Coffee on the outside of the burger sounds a bit strange. But, it adds flavor and forms a nice crust when frying. Topping with an over easy egg makes this burger gooey and so yummy... grab some napkins. A great recipe for breakfast, brunch, or those nights you feel like breakfast for dinner.
