2 canbeef gravy

1/2 cmilk

1 mdonion,diced

2 cbread crumbs,we used italian style

1 tspthyme, dried

1/4 colive oil, light

How To Make bob and blakes salisbury steak w/gravy

1In a mixing bowl. mix ground beef, onion,garlic ,egg,thyme,and bread crumbs. make 4 patties.

2In a large cast iron skillet.14".Add olive oil,On med heat. Add patties and brown on boath sides. Abought 15 min.

3While patties are cooking ,take a med sauce pan add 2 cans of beef gravy and 1/2 cup of milk. Heat on med-high heat stiring. Heat till it starts to bubble. After paddies are brown on boath sides,pour gravy over patties. Let cook abought 15-20 min. We served over rice.
