This was the first thing blake cooked over the open fire. He did a great job. Man they were so good. Very proud of what he did and made.

Ingredients For blakes turkey bacon burgers

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 10 slice
    turkey bacon
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 2 tsp
    stake sauce.
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 8 slice
    american cheese
  • ranch dressing

How To Make blakes turkey bacon burgers

    In a large bowl mix ground beef,worcestershire sauce,hoisin sauce,stake sauce,and italian seasoning. Mix well.Form 6-8 paddies and set a side. On a swing grate over med heat cook turkey bacon till almost grisp. Remove from heat and set aside,but keep warm.

    Increse heat to med-high ,Arrainge patties on swing grate and cook to your likeness. On a hamburger bun put a little ranch dressing ,Hamburger,a little ranch dressing,A strip of bacon broken into 1/2 ,top with cheese tomato slice and lettus. Serve with chips or beans.
