Ingredients For black pepper crusted meatloaf

3 lblean ground beef

2eggs

1/4 cno salt ketshup

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/4 colive oil

2 tspbold and spicy mustard

3 clovefresh grated garlic

1/2 cfinely chopped celery

1/2 cfinely chopped onion
-
1/2 tspcumin
-
1/2 tspgranulated garlic

1/2 tspgranulated onion

2 tsplow sodium brisket rub
-
1/2 ccoarse black pepper
- SAUCE
-
2 can8 oz. each, no salt added tomato sauce

2 Tbspmolasses
-
2 tspbold and spicy mustard
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1 tspea. of cumin, granulated garlic, granulated onion, and balsamic vinegar
How To Make black pepper crusted meatloaf

1Break ground beef up in large mixing bowl. Add chopped onions, celery and grated garlic. Sprinkle on spices. In a cup, mix together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, mustard and ketchup. Mix together well, pour into ground beef. Mix together till all ingredients are combined.

2Form into a log and pat downward and inward a couple times to help keep it from falling apart. Pour coarse black pepper into your hand and pat on top and sides of meatloaf.

3Place in baking dish and bake 375° for 1- 1/2 hr. Check temp with meat thermometer after one hour. Cook a few minutes longer if needed.

4FOR SAUCE: In a small sauce pan added all sauce ingredients. Simmer for 20 min.
