This is very easy and satisfying to a dieter. I eat this once or twice a week. You can enjoy the taste of a Big Mac with no carbs.

Ingredients For big mac (in a bowl)

  • 1 lb
    ground beef(season with salt and pepper)
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1 sm
    pickles
  • 1/4 c
    onion
  • thousand island dressing(fat free)
  • low fat cheese

How To Make big mac (in a bowl)

  • 1
    Brown ground meat or you can make patty.
  • 2
    Put lettuce ,chopped pickle and onion in a bowl.
  • 3
    add meat mixture or broken up patty to the bowl
  • 4
    Top with dressing and cheese.

    Mix all together and enjoy!
