Creamy groundbeef, mushrooms, bacon and cannellini beans with peas. A cheap and cheerful meal that cooks in 20 minutes. Not a traditional stroganoff, but delicious and fantastic for busy nights. The leftovers reheat beautifully the next day. I hope you enjoy this as much as our family do.

oil

1onion, diced small

1 tspminced garlic

2 lblean ground beef

8 - 12mushrooms, sliced

4 - 6bacon rashers, diced

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1/2 ctomato paste
-
1 cfrozen peas
-
1 cancannellini beans, well rinsed

2 tspWorcestershire sauce

1/2 - 3/4 csour cream (I use low fat)

1In a large skillet, heat a little oil. Add the onion and soften. Add the garlic and saute 1 minute.

2Add the meat and brown while breaking up any large clumps.

3Add the mushrooms and bacon. Cook for about 2 minutes and add the garlic, cook until fragrant.

4Add everything soup and tomato paste. Stir until well combined.

5Add the peas, beans and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.

6Remove from the heat and stir through sour cream. Serve with your choice of cards.
