Ingredients For betty's 20 minute teriyaki dinner

1 Tbspoil

2 lbground beef or pork, lean

1 tspminced ginger

1 tspminced garlic

3 - 4 ccooked, saved or frozen veggies (I used carrots, peas, broccoli and cauliflower)

3/4 cteriyaki sauce

4 Tbspwater, divided
-
4green onions, sliced small
-
1/2 tspsesame oil (the secret ingredient)

2 tspcornstarch
How To Make betty's 20 minute teriyaki dinner

1In a skillet heat the oil over a medium high heat. Add the meat and cook, breaking up any large clumps. Meanwhile, chop and cook the vegetables except the green onions. Add the ginger and garlic to the cooked meat and stir until fragrant.

2Add the teriyaki sauce and add about 2 tablespoons of water to the measuring jug. Swish and add to the meat. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

3Add the vegetables and stir - if frozen, allow to heat through. Add the sliced green onions and sesame oil.

4In the measuring jug, add the cornstarch and remaining water. Mix well. Poor into the pan and mix, this will thicken the sauce to a gravy. Serve with rice or noodles.
