Ingredients For best ever meat loaf
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.

2 lbground beef

3/4 coatmeal
-
2stalks celery, chopped
-
1 tsppepper
-
1/2 tspmarjoram
-
2eggs, slightly beaten
-
onion, chopped
-
1 or 2grated carrots
-
2 Tbspparsley, minced

1/2 tspthyme
- SAUCE:
-
1/2 cketchup
-
2 Tbspbrown mustard
-
1/3 cbrown sugar, packed

1/2 tspnutmeg
How To Make best ever meat loaf

1Prepare sauce in a bowl and set aside. Combine meat loaf ingredients with hands until evenly mixed. Work in half of hte sauce with the meat loaf. Place the meat loaf in a loaf pan and shape it. Pour the remaining sauce on top and bake for 1 hour or until center is no longer pink.
