This is SO easy and incredably delish!Just warm some crusty rolls,pile on,add some fresh slaw or picles if you like!making this on Monday for my married daughter's birthday,at her request,with my homemade macaroni salad.

13 1/2 pound eye roast cut in half/vertically

2 . tspkosher salt

2 clovegarlic/pressed

1 can10 ounce condensed beef broth

1 cketchup
-
1/2 cfirmly packed brown sugar

1/2 cfresh lemon juice

3 Tbspsteak sauce
-
1 tspcoarse ground black pepper

1 tspworcestershire sauce

12good kaiser rolls or sandwich buns/like pepperidge farms seeded buns

dill pickle slices or cole slaw/optional

1Season meat with salt and pepper to taste

2Brown in a little oil mixed with butter,for flavor

3Place in a crockpot

4Mix all listed ingrediants together in a bowl

5Pour over the meat,some under meat,some on top

6Cover and cook about 7 hours on HIGH.

7Remove meat and shred with 2 forks

8Serve on buns or rolls/warmed is best

9Top with pickles or slaw or both if desired.
