Ingredients For bell pepper casserole

1 lbground beef

1/3 cfinely chopped bell pepper

1/3 cfinely chopped onion

1/2 cuncooked rice

2 chot water

6 ozcan tomato paste

1 1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make bell pepper casserole

1Heat oven to 350.

2Brown meat over medium heat in a large skillet; drain fat and crumble with fork.

3Add bell pepper and onion to meat and stir to combine.

4Add rest of ingredients**. Stir till well mixed. Pour into a 2-Quart baking dish with a lid. Cover and bake 1 hour.

5** When adding the rest of the ingredients, I always put them in a bowl first & mix together before adding to the meat mixture.
