Season, and pour your favorite Beer over, let set, COVERED, Refrigerate for 2 hrs or more before Grilling and Your into one Good Tender Tasty Steak.

Ingredients For beer steak grilled & seasoned by freda
- STEAKS NEED MARINATING AT LEAST 2 HRS BEFOR GRILLING

4(1/2 lb) ribeye steaks or steak of choice

2 TBSsea salt & coarse black pepper

2 can(12oz) beer, any good beer of your choice.

2 TBSoptional: montreal steak seasoning ( grill mates by schilling) ( in your grocers spice isle)
How To Make beer steak grilled & seasoned by freda

1Place Steaks in a large Shallow Container, with a lid.
SEASON each side of each steak. -
2Gently pour Beer over steaks
(NOTE: as not to wash off seaonings)
Cover, Place in refer for 2 hrs or more. -
3Preheat Grill for High heat.
Lightly OIL your Grates,
Place steaks on grill.
Discard Marinade.
Cook for 5 min on each side or to Your Liking.
(This cooking time makes for a medium rare steak.)
