Ingredients For beer meatballs

3 slicerye bread broken in pieces

3 Tbspmilk

2 lbground beef
-
1 mdonion chopped
-
1egg
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 cketchup
-
1 bottlebeer any kind

egg noodles cooked
How To Make beer meatballs

1Mix rye bread with milk. Add to ground beef, then add onion,egg,salt,pepper and worcestershire sauce.

2Make meatballs or patties and brown in no fat.

3In clean pan add ketchup and beer; add meatballs and simmer 1/2 hour to 1 hour or until done. Serve with egg noodles.
