Ingredients For beer meatballs

  • 3 slice
    rye bread broken in pieces
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c
    ketchup
  • 1 bottle
    beer any kind
  • egg noodles cooked

How To Make beer meatballs

  • 1
    Mix rye bread with milk. Add to ground beef, then add onion,egg,salt,pepper and worcestershire sauce.

    Make meatballs or patties and brown in no fat.

    In clean pan add ketchup and beer; add meatballs and simmer 1/2 hour to 1 hour or until done. Serve with egg noodles.
